Enrollment and accounts

• You must provide accurate information when enrolling or creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• We may refuse or cancel enrollment if we suspect fraud, misuse, or safety concerns.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
• Refunds: Full refund up to 7 days before the first session; within 7 days, credit toward a future class; after the start date, refunds are not available.
• Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms, which you must review and accept.

Studio rules and safety

• Follow instructor directions and safety procedures for tools, glazes, and kiln operations.
• Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.
• Report hazards or injuries immediately to staff.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the website, users, or studio operations.
• Do not attempt to access non-public systems.
• Do not post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Snowwood Grove remain our property or that of our licensors. Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license to attend classes and access related materials.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee particular artistic outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowwood Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by email or on the website. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
